REGISTRATION

All participants are encouraged to register online early. The registration fee depends on the type of registration. An early bird discount is available until 1 April 2021.

Participants from outside the Mainland China are strongly advised to provide Visa Information for yourself, as well as any accompanying persons, through the online registration system at the earliest convenience. The conference administrators will send you an official invitation letter to facilitate your visa application.

REGISTRATION FEE

Your registration fee covers:

1. Reception;
2. Coffee breaks;
3. Lunch;
4. Conference materials.

The conference will host a banquet on 20 May 2021. There is an additional cost of 350 RMB per person for the banquet, which is not covered by the registration fee. If you would like to attend, you may purchase the banquet tickets when registering online.

Payment methods

1. Online payment: The conference accepts E-Bank transfer (Mainland Chinese banks only), WeChat/Alipay, and major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/JCB).
2. Credit card payment may incur extra processing fee and currency exchange commission fee.
3. Please leave “your name + HFM2021” as your Payment Remark when fill in the payment form. Invoices are provided at the conference.
4. Cash payment: We only accept cash payment in RMB for onsite registration.

Cancellation

1. Cancellations must be requested via email to hfm2020@sjtu.edu.cnbefore 16 April 2021.
2. 70% of the registration fee will be refunded for requests before the said date.
3. Any further processing fees that may be incurred in the refunding process will be deducted.

Excursion

1. The conference will organize an excursion as part of the HFM tradition.
2. The details of the excursion will be announced later online and at the conference.
3. The registration fee does not cover the cost for the excursion. The conference administrators will collect cash payment (RMB only) in person for the excursion at the conference.
